This micro pitcher is far too small to be useful for pouring liquids, but would adorably display a single tiny flower and/or make a great keepsake for any collector if miniatures.  It is made from a layered deep blue color with sparkling metallic blue lip wraps and twisty handle.   
Measures about 0.5 inches tall with an opening of about 3mm.
